Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website or using our appliance repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Elite Appliance Repair Services provides professional appliance repair services for luxury and high-end appliances in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Phoenix, and surrounding areas in Arizona. Our services include:
- Diagnosis and repair of Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, and other premium brand appliances
- Preventive maintenance and inspections
- Emergency repair services
- Parts replacement using manufacturer-approved components
Service Appointments
Scheduling
Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (602) 560-4488 or through our online booking system. We offer same-day and next-day appointments based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 4 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.
Access Requirements
You must provide our technicians with reasonable access to the appliance requiring service. This includes clearing the area around the appliance and ensuring someone 18 years or older is present during the service call.
Pricing and Payment
Service Fees
Our pricing includes a diagnostic fee for evaluating your appliance issue. If you proceed with the repair, this fee is typically applied toward the total repair cost. Specific pricing will be provided before any work begins.
Estimates
We provide estimates for all repairs before work begins. You have the right to approve or decline any recommended repairs. Additional issues discovered during repair will be communicated before proceeding.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and checks. For commercial accounts, alternative payment arrangements may be available.
Warranty
Service Warranty
All repairs are backed by our 90-day service warranty covering both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will return at no additional charge to address it.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Issues unrelated to the original repair
- Damage from power surges, floods, or other external factors
- Cosmetic damage not affecting appliance function
- Repairs performed by others after our service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Appliance Repair Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We are an independent appliance repair service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Gaggenau, or any other manufacturer. All brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
Property Access and Care
Our technicians are trained to respect your property. We use protective measures including shoe covers and drop cloths. However, you are responsible for:
- Removing fragile or valuable items from the work area
- Informing us of any property-specific concerns
- Providing accurate information about the appliance and its issues
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property ofElite Appliance Repair Services and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
